Aequitas operates in two domains:

These systems are designed with a privacy‑conscious architecture.
Any data used in workflows remains within the client’s environment or the third‑party tools the client chooses to use.
Aequitas does not operate a SaaS platform and does not maintain a centralized database of client information.
2. Your Responsibilities

the client’s own tools
the client’s operational environment
third‑party platforms the client selects

5. Advisory Services Disclaimer
Strategic advisory work is based on experience, analysis and professional judgment.
Aequitas does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Decisions made using our guidance remain the responsibility of the Client.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify or discontinue parts of our website or services at any time.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
error‑free operation
immediate correction of defects
We aim for reliability, but no system is perfect.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aequitas is not liable for:

loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
issues arising from how you implement or use our systems
decisions made based on advisory services
downtime or interruptions beyond our control
